Adopt-a-Room
Thank you for considering sponsoring a room through Nova’s Adopt-A-Room Campaign. We are excited to create a beautiful, peace-filled space for our patient, where she can think through her next steps. She is often weighed down by confusion and fear when contemplating an unplanned pregnancy. She will feel loved and accepted by the staff at Nova, allowing her to hear her own heart. Each room is strategically designed and appointed to meet the practical needs of both our staff and patients. Your financial support will enable us to move forward with these plans without redirecting funds from our priority, which is quality patient care.

The entrance to the building is often one of the most difficult first steps for our patients. This must be inviting and peaceful. The layout and decor of this area is key to a successful transition for her to enter our waiting room.
Waiting Room

Upon entering the waiting room, our patient will be greeted by our family advocate and experience her first interaction with our team. We pray that this would be a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming space.
Consultation Rooms

The consultation room is a space where our advocates and registered nurses meet privately with our patient to help her walk through her unplanned pregnancy. She is cared for holistically: body, mind, and spirit. She can share her heart and hear the Lord as our advocate asks if she would like to pray. Patients have an opportunity for an encounter with Jesus in this beautiful space.
Laboratory

Pregnancy testing will occur here, along with STD/STI panels by our registered nurses.
There will also be an adjacent bathroom, which our patient will use to prepare for her pregnancy test. She is often very confused and fearful about what her next steps may be.
Ultrasound Rooms

The ultrasound room is where science and God intersect. She first sees and hears life in her womb. Pray for this room. Sometimes, it is the only opportunity for eyes to see this baby.
The ultrasound bathroom is a space where the woman prepares for her ultrasound. This bathroom is covered in prayer because we know the fear and uncertainty that our patient is experiencing before her exam.
Baby Boutique

When our moms land on life, we invite them to come back to Nova to pick up a beautiful gift basket. These baskets contain new clothing and gifts for both mom and baby so that they can continue to feel supported and loved.
Nova will also offer diapers, wipes, formula, and baby needs to moms who require help once they deliver their little one. The gifts are donated by our generous community of givers who want to show God’s love and kindness to our patients.
Living Room

Our community living room will allow us to offer parenting classes and post-abortive trauma classes. We will also host gatherings during community events and tours.
Kitchen

Hospitality is important as we work together with the local community. The small, functional kitchen allows us to offer hospitality and serves as a place of respite for our staff.
Conference Room

The conference room is the strategy hub of the center. We plan, project, and recap our mission. We also pray as a team and host monthly pastor and community prayer.
Advocates’ Hub

This space will be a place where patient advocates pray as a group every morning over each of our patients on the schedule. They work together with the nurses to strategize how to best reach our patients and make follow up calls to encourage and support her.
Center Director’s Office

The center director is the captain of the ship. She schedules appointments, communicates with the medical staff and advocates, and keeps her hand on the pulse of the center, reporting information to the executive director.
Nurses’ Hub

In this room, our licensed registered nurses will meet together to review patient medical information and strategize how to best meet her needs.
Nurse Callback Office

The nurses are available to answer any questions that our patients may have. They also need a quiet space to communicate sometimes difficult information about pregnancy and STD results. This room is a private area to be able to communicate with our patients and provide aftercare.
Copy Center

In order to be cost effective, most of our media materials are produced in-house. We will create a copy center and workspace for our staff to prepare marketing materials and patient information.
Administrative Offices

The administrative team keeps Nova running smoothly. They develop all media materials in-house so that we can effectively share our mission with potential donors. They practice integrity and financial stewardship when processing gifts given to Nova.
Executive Director’s Office
